#129 Default background color of dialog

This version of Hwgui SVN change default color background of dialogs.
The default color is different from the ownerbutton colors for example.
Or TRANSPARENT flag of ownerbutton not work.

Is this gtk or winapi version? Are these buttons placed on a dialog directly, or on some other control?

While use windows manifest (rc file) default of dialog is WHITE, and without(off) windows manifest default is GRAY.
Windows 10 OS.

No for DIALOGs but to TAB. Default is WHITE while use windows manifest.
Dailog now default is WHITE same without using windows manifest.

Definitely, this isn't related to Changelog 3293 2023-08-24 10:20:12Z alkresin $. This changes was in gtk version. The code for a .dialog bacground wasn't changed for a long time. The background of a tab isn't controlled by HwGUI code.
What exactly do you propose to fix?

I've found it. Small change in hwg_fillrect(), which seemed insignificant to me... Now fixed.
