#257 Should not accept words with characters not in language chars

Hunspell seems to accept words containing chracters that are not part of the language's character set, e.g. an a in Greek or Cyrillic words.
At least, from th command line.
It would be best if it would not. To not change the wayt it works for existing file, maybe an addition to the .aff stating:
WORDCHARS_ONLY
could trigger hunspell to only accept the chars explicitly put in the WORDCHARS clause (after teh iconv transformation of course).
