#235 Better link for python bindings

For the link to Python bindings i propose to link to a search in the official Python Package Index (pypi): https://pypi.python.org/pypi?:action=search&term=hunspell and maybe to a search for enchant https://pypi.python.org/pypi?:action=search&term=enchant

Linking to http://www.keyphrene.com/products/org.keyphrene/ is no good idea IMHO since
a) this is a jack of all trades module ("binding for LibSSH2 and OpenSSL libraries. Includes:yEnc coder and decoder, hunspell, Xapian, GeoIP, Par2, tidy)
b) the website is not accessible (Error 403)
