#209 multi-dictionary without -d

Multi-dictionary is an WONDERFUL feature but ... alas, very few applications support it.
It would be ___***tremendously***___ useful that some keyword of an AFF file included
more dictionaries as if they had been specified in -d or added by the API.

Example: the user creates xx_YY.aff containing
INCLUDE en_US,fr_FR,fr_med

Et voilà, any application using xx_YY can multi-check English + French for a médecin.

WITHOUT ANY SPECIAL SUPPORT. OFF THE SHELF. NO SUGAR ADDED.
Great value for money !!!
NB: "can" = optional : xx_YY not to be used if it interferes with e.g. syntax checking.
