#187 Suggestions for capitalized word strange
When a capitalized word is offered to Hunspell, suggestion differ (too much) from the suggestions when it is offered without a starting capital.
Effect is the most obvious with compound words.
Suggestion: when a word is capitalized, first decapitalize it, the generate suggestions, then add starting capital (unless forbidden by Keepcase or Forbiddenword)
