Installation

Installation is recommended by using subversion.

Go to a folder where you would like to install the tool and type the command provided at the code-tab https://sourceforge.net/p/human-te-dynamics/svn/HEAD/tree/ or https://sourceforge.net/p/human-te-dynamics/data/HEAD/tree/

For example:

svn checkout --username=fschwarz svn+ssh://fschwarz@svn.code.sf.net/p/human-te-dynamics/svn/ human-te-dynamics-svn
svn checkout --username=fschwarz svn+ssh://fschwarz@svn.code.sf.net/p/human-te-dynamics/data/ human-te-dynamics-data

Requirements
You need the following programs installed:
Ascp (Aspera client, http://download.asperasoft.com/download/docs/scp_client/2.5/aspera-client-unix.html)
curl
samtools
bwa
Mosdepth
Python2
Python3
Java
SimulaTE (https://sourceforge.net/p/simulates)
