HubIt Chronicle/Map bundler for VtM:R download

HubIt is a new way to create chronicles for VtM:Redemption. All levels
first need to be "bundled" with some meta-information, listing exits and a
description. It is mainly for multiplayer games, but might be expanded for
single-player use later.
