[Httpunit-develop] Why Won't this work??

I am trying to run the example tests.
I can get it to compile fine but when I run it I get
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.w3c.tidy.Tidy: method setQuiet(Z)V not
found 

It compiles OK and I have the Tidy.jar in my classpath
Looking in the API it needs a boolean as a parameter.

Has anyone has this before??
