I am using the HTTPQ plugin together with a client application using prontoscript on a philips TSU9600 remote control. I was wondering if anyone has already extended the httpq protocol, so that also coverart could be transferred to the client application?

This is a bit old I know, but I too would be extremely interested in this. In particular with ID3 embedded cover art.
I had a quick look through the HTTPQ source and thought this may have something to do with getting the cover art out of the ID3 tag.
ID3_C_EXPORT int ID3_GetPictureData(const ID3_Tag*, const char* TempPicPath); - found in misc_support.h
Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge than myself of c++ could add it to commands.cpp...... if this is what can display the artwork of course :)
