Hi I using Mac OS 10.2.4
I have instill the Bundles with in the mail dir. I lauch the Mail.app but it don't pick up the bundle at all. I rebooted and see if it work then but no luck. Also redown load a different 1.17 but still no good. Any help would be thanks. :D

  did you run the defaults command in the Terminal?
  Another thing you can try is download the Installer and use that. It will set everything up for you
