Appears that there is a missing .plist on the update website, this hangs HTTPMAIl and Mail, resulting in severely busted Mail.app.

Any chance of putting the .plist back up?  Also, code really should handle this more gracefully (tries to interpret HTTP page missing as XML).

Would fix it but really am not the right person!
