Mail startup w/ 1.3.0 and Panther problem

When I startup Mail I get an error message stating:
The mailbox ~/Library/Mail/HTTPMail-myemailaddress/Inbox.mbox is currently locked by Me on host ibook.local. If you open a mailbox that already is in use, you may damage its contents.

I went and unlocked the folder and it still is giving me this error. What permissions does it need?

  i got the same thing and then i trashed the old mail boxes and started fresh which solved the problem...
  
  just create new folders move the mail and let httpmail create new folders fresh.. it seems to me that httpmail does not like the folders from the previous versions.
