i get this message when i try and check my hotmail from mail.
"There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Check the settings for account ?Hotmail? or try again.
The server error encountered was: The connection to the server ?hotmail.com? on port 110 timed out."
i am sure the settings are right, my log/pass are set, incoming server set to hotmail.com. I checked all the settings and they appear to me complete. I attempts to connect for about 30 seconds or so and then i get the above error.

i also noticed that i can't change the account type from POP to httpmail. This is probably the problem. But it is greyed out and i am unable to change it! I ran the installer, and i also tried dragging the folder to the bundles folder. Doesn't work either way!

i had already had an account set up for hotmail and i didnt think to create a new one after i installed the httpmail. I'm an idiot!
