      Same problem here...

After unstuffing, the two folders appear empty.

I am running the new OS X 10.2.8 system update which is again available from the Apple website.

      Same problem here...

      OS X 10.2.8

I tried downloading the 1.2.1 version also and had the same problem (Stuffit 8 BTW for expanding purposes)

Same here, folder shows as .dmg, but can't mount, and command-I shows that the folder has 0 bytes. Anyone have a solution??

The problem comes from Stuffit Expander 8 update !

I have had the problem on Macs where I intsalled the latest version, but the one where I kept Stuffit 7.0.3, the compressed files are ok.

Try to use the previous version.

Here's what I did to make it work:

      1. Downloaded the file.
      2. Got infuriating empty .dmg file
      3. Went all over the world to get some thing to fix the file.
      4. On a lark, decided to try some of the Linux-y goodness of Mac OS X
      5. Opened Terminal.app and typed "gzip" without the quotes and drug the "httpmailplugin-122a.dmg.bz2" file in the window
      6. Pressed the Enter key
      7. Looked at where the "httpmailplugin-122a.dmg.bz2" and now a new file was there named "httpmailplugin-122a.dmg.bz2.gz"
      8. Double-clicked it and watched as .gz went to .bz2 to .dmg to a valid disk image.
      9. Celebrated my victory over technology by doing the Happy Dance!
      10. Not really. I don't dance.
