i have version 1.14 running on my machine. can i just replace the folder with the one found on the 1.15 download to upgrade. will i lose my existing mails etc? how do i upgrade from one version to another ?

I just downloaded the installer file of v1.16 and ran it. Will that do or do I have to download the other file also. Sorry I am new to this. I recently got an iBook. I was one of those few who believed in Sabeer Bhatia many years ago until Bill took over Hotmail. But you app is the greatest thing I have found in recent times. Please keep up the good work!

just copy the new httpmail.mailbundle over the old one. Make sure that Mail isn't running when you do this however
