i used the 1.48 plugin on another account on my computer but deleted it. however, now i tried to install it for a different account and it doesn't show up in the account creation preference of mail. i still have only the standard server types.. to remedy this i tried both way of the installation method several times, inclusive correct uninstall procedure. it just will not work.. any one encounter this or has troubleshooting tips?
