How come the httpmail plugin doesn't put my Hotmail Junk Mail folder inside the Mail app's Junk Mail folder like all my other accounts. It doesn't even put it inside the Hotmail accounts Inbox like it did before. It just puts it by itself at the bottom of the side pane. I think the folder should be nested in the main Junk Mail folder.

Updated to 10.4.1 and httpmail 1.4.5, send and receive on hotmail accounts work fine.
I am seeing the hotmail acounts with junk mail folders at the bottom of the folder list, no activity has been associated with it.
I have my active junk mail under the inbox of the hotmail accounts that gets activity.
The only difference for my hotmail activity appears to be I am restricted from moving items to the inbox or junk mail boxes from other mailboxes and I thought I was able to do that before. I can move a hotmail account message to a pop account inbox, but not the other way.
I am not sure if this is by design.
