You can not use 1.3x versions of the plugin under MacOS X 10.2.x. The latest version of the plugin that will work under 10.2.x is 1.22a.
Trying to use 1.33 under 10.2.x will probably cause it to crash

I unintentionally ran my harddrive on my TiBook down to 300MB free - ULP!
Got a warning from OS X that i was CRITICALLY low on memory and that i should quit some apps...
Well - STUPIDLY i quit Mail first... Duh! Duh!
Apparently Mail was unable to write it's prefferences file...
Next time i launched Mail i had to create all new accounts...
Since that time I can NOT get the http plugin bundle to work...
I have removed the old bundle...
I did the command line writing of defaults to the new Mail prefs file...
I deleted the old hhtp account folder (i think)...
but now when i launch Mail - Mail launches and the message vieweer never appears...
it says Mail in the file menu though...
Mail appears to bo 'off-line' as there is an option to 'go online' in the Mail menu.
If I quit and relaunch Mail without the bundle baing in my Mail/bundles folder Mail works normally...
But when i put the bundle back in and enable bundles by issuing the two commands from the terminal - Mail will not launch normally...
I am not sure which version of the plugin to use right now...
I am running OS X.2.8 and i have tried both v1.32 and 1.33..
I know 1.33 id supposed to be for Panther, but i had to try cuz I can't seem to get any of the others to work right now...
What is the latest version of the http plugin that works with BOTH OS X.2.8 AND hotmail.com currently??
Help..
Any other ideas?

Thanks a LOT! i know you're prolly a pretty busy person, so thanks for taking the time to answer me.
I'll try that.
I thought I had recently uograded my TiBook's HTTP mail plugin because it seemed to stop working with hotmail for a while.
So i thought i was on a more recent release.
I'll try v.1.22a as you suggest...
Thanks again.
