I have a Junk E-mail folder in my Hotmail inbox and I can't seem to get rid of it. I tried to use it as my Junk mailbox, but Mail's "Use This Mailbox For > Junk" option is greyed out.
By the way, nice performance improvements in 1.3.2.

Also, if the Inbox is selected and you have mail in the junk folder inside of it, those messages won't be visible. You have to directly select the junk folder to be able to see the listing. This is not feasible by clicking only on the enclosing folder...
