Is there anyway to disable the automatic connection of the httpmail plugin?
Even if I put the account offline using the menu Mailbox -> Online Status -? Take "Hotmail" Offline, the next time do a Get New Mail command, it automatically goes online and tries to retrieve new messages. As I put the account offline, I don't want it to check for new messages unless I take it online again. The problem is that it takes too long, and uses too much CPU cycles, so it would be nice to make it honor the offline/online status.
I know Daniel Parnell included a connection detection function, that makes httpmail plugin check for new messages every-time there's connection to the internet. Is there anyway to disable this? I think this should be a preference (toggle-able).
Thanks in advance.
