#64 Duplicate Messages

All of a sudden using 1.4.2 panther hotmail is redownloading my
messages as new.
This is not the first time this has happened as i have another mac
that fell victim to this a few days ago.
Running the latest mail etc.
On the other mac not only did it download all the messages again,
once it came to the end it started doing it again.
This left three copies of the messages in my inbox.
It was not just new messages but all of them.
I have had to delete the accound and renew it again to solve the
problem so far...
I do not move the messages into other folders etc, i just read them
from the inbox then delete if necessary.
The setting iss syncronise in the account settings.
Never had a problem before. Used it fine for many months but all of
a sudden this happens.
