#4 problems with /'s in folder names

I can't access the email inside the folders and one part of the folder name is turned into an arrow and the other part is a folder. Look at attached pictures. This is in 1.15.

I found the only fix was to rename the folders without slashes. Not a real big problem but still a problem.

In Norwegian, the junk-mail folder recently got renamed by
Microsoft, and now contains an "" in the name (Before, the folder
was called "Reklame", now its "Useris e-post". The point is; this
folder is locked by Microsoft, and since I'm not able to rename it,
htis problem becomes quite big for me...
