#33 Reports Inbox locked when retrieving mail!

I get the following message when retrieving mail:

"The mailbox
“~/Library/Mail/HTTPMail-name@hotmail.com/Inbox.mbox”
is currently locked by “username” on host
“systemname.local”. If you open a mailbox that already
is in use, you may damage its contents."

with buttons "open read-only", "quit" and "open". If
I select "open read-only" or "open" seems to download
but i'm just waiting for something to get trashed. The
above message ALWAYS appears.
