Mark, It's come to my attention that the Windows Apache install doesn't come with APXS. It seems the only way to compile a module for Windows is via Cygwin/mod_perl or using VIsual C++. Eric L (who is the moderator of this SourceForge Project and this mailing list) is looking into options for us to better support the Windows folks. Dave On 7/6/07, Mark A.
