[Httpbl-beta] compiling on ubuntu

I'm fairly new to the list and don't have access to the archives so
hopefully this is not something that's all ready been said.  I just got
mod_httpbl working with ubuntu edgy.  The only issue I had is that
ubuntu calls apxs for apache2 apxs2 and is in an odd
package(apache2-prefork-dev).  I remember I also had to install
libapr0-dev and I think there was one or two other libraries but other
then that and a small typo in the readme for cvs (all ready reported by
someone else) it installed like a charm.
