Hi,

It seems that these version are ok.

Can you use released htsvoice?
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/hts-engine/hts_voice_cmu_us_arctic_slt-1.06.tar.gz
If released htsvoice can be used, your htsvoice is broken.
So, please check whether htsvoice is correctly generated or not.
