Not really. Try to look at the cause of the cause of the cause... of your XNIException (there are often many nested 
InvocationTargetException and XNIException) it should give you the real cause of the problem.

not normal. Do you use ant or maven? The maven "jar" goal just took 3'30'' on my computer.

same result (I still find the building if junit reports very long :=20
nearly 40 min, is it normal ?).

Do you think that the initial problem with the frames may be quickly=20
solved ? The way I will continue my project (a test tool) strongly=20
depends on it.

For me the example you provided works well with current CVS sources. Look at the archives the thread concerning 
"XNIException in Maven but not in Eclipse". Perhaps do you have a similar classpath issue.

I finally managed to make the jar file (in fact there was no problem,=20
making reports was just quite long).
There may be a bug in the latest version (downloaded this morning), a=20
XNI exception was reported that was not with release 1.6.

Try
   maven htmlunit:test
it provides a better report on the console.

I have sometimes the problem that tests for timeouts fail if I continue to use "intensively" my computer during the 
execution. In this case the execution delay is not the expected one. The solution for this problem is to make a pause 
while the test run.

I got the latest CVS sources and built it with ant, but it seems to fail=20
during the building of the junit reports (Nothing is written in the=20
console for a long time, after the directory was created). I'm so unable=20
to make the jar with ant, and I don't have maven. What can be the cause=20

The error was message was exactly what I said (with a space missing=20
between index.jap and is).
Since the code is very short, it may be useless to add some alert(...).=20
I guess HtmlUnit create the frameset, with an empty "appli" frame, then=20
call connect(), and fails  at the only line of the function.

Since this.appli has no location, maybe HtmlUnit cannot append=20
"main/index.jsp" to nothing, and thus put a "about:" before ?

I guess, that the problem is identical to my problem (see other mail
from
me. (Frames, and navigating with javascript to pages which contain
frames)

I would know the page where htmlunit navigate to ...

Well, I didn't try to identify what was the problem in the js since the=20
message of the exception reported said :
"about:main/index.jsp is not supported, only about:blank is supported"=20
(or something like that).
So I thought there is nothing to do except from waiting it is supported..=
.
Is the script wrong ?

As a workaround you can probably use
webClient.setCurrentWindow(thePage.getFrameByName("theName"));
webClient.getPage(yourNewUrl);

Nevertheless you should take the time to identify why htmlunit can't execute your js. Normally htmlunit should be able 
to handle such a code. I guess that your "this.appli" gets not evaluated correctly.

Hi,

I have a main page with 4 frames, but the src attribute of one of them
is set with javascript.
It seems that the script is not supported by HtmlUnit yet (the code is :
this.appli.location="main/index.jsp"+this.location.search;), so i'd like
to know if it is possible to set the src in HtmlUnit.
I tried :
thePage.getFrameByName("theName").setEnclosedPage(anotherPage); but it
doesn't seem to work. When i looked for a form in thePage, it was not found.

Is there a solution to my problem ?
