Hi,
Interestingly, real FF31 ESR and IE11 behind proxy show the same error message, but Chrome doesn't.
This could be a bug in HtmlUnit chrome implementation, but FF31 and IE11 match real browser behavior.
You can investigate further by turning header logging as hinted in :http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/logging.html  log4j.logger.org.apache.http.headers=debuglog4j.logger.org.apache.http.wire=debug

These tests are failing because of some encoding issue, but in no case HtmlUnit cuts the URL down to the url you have reported.

#symbol and text following that, I would prefer
  if the test case contains "&" plus other characters.

  Is it possible to have that type test case included and publish the
results?

Hi,

   I am getting the above error when I access the site with the following
URL

   https://www.careerbuilder.com/share/login.aspx

  Is there a way to avoid this error?. In realbrowser, the login page is
displayed
  but the HTMLPage does not reach the application but got exception.

  We had also added the certificate into cacerts as well but the error
still remains.

 Any help or pointers to solve this problem is appreciated.

[Htmlunit-user] Problem Working with Dojo Charts

Hi,
                I have studied the API of HtmlUnit 2.15, and tried it over some webpages. It is very useful as it provide the source of rendered web pages.
                However, at some point I noticed that, it is not giving correct SVG for webpage. I have tried it with following link.

                It includes the charts generated from Dojo. But HtmlUnit is not giving me the correct SVG for these harts.

Hi,

do you use the latest snapshot (http://build.canoo.com/htmlunit/artifacts/ or maven)? 
Did a check with your code and the dumped file had a size of 1.85M.

I meet a weird situation in handling attachment(Content-Disposition: attachment;filename="aa.xls").

The size of the file saved into the disk is around 1M (sometimes 1025KB, sometimes 1026KB).
But its real size should be more than 1M.
In my case, I run my test app and use the wireshark to capture the traffic, and find the attachment size is 1.8M.
All the data has been returned by the server size, but the file saved is 1M.
The temp file created by htmlunit is 1M too.

One more....

doing something like this is a bad idea. HtmlUnit support IE8, IE11, FF24 and FF31 at the moment.
Your code creates a fake browser that masquerade itself as IE9.
But the whole automatic feature setup in HtmlUnit does not take care of versions different from the supported ones. As result your browser simulation behaves totally strange; as a wild mix of IE8, IE11 and FF features.

Ok, so my guess is that you are working with the wrong window.

page2_3 is the resulting page of the click event. But from your code, you have to wait for the popup. This means, that the popup is triggered by some async processing.
The async stuff will open the dialog window resulting in a new window that is different from the one in your hands (page2_3).
After the popup is availabe, you have to find the correct window/page (the dialog window) e.g. webClient.getWindowByName()
