#200 Pasrse hangs when some particular URLs are passed in.

I noticed this while writing a simple crawler. Once I
tried to parse any links from a particular site, the
Parser would just freeze up.

I have attached a sample program that will produce the
problem.

There is no exception, it just hangs. The server does
some redirection but I think the parser's connection
manager should be able to handle it.
