Slight refactoring, minimal affect on speed changing to functional operations. No affect on any functionality.

Version 1.2.6 has been released.

Made it in time for the promised release date.
I am also going to stop putting the release date as part of the file name, just the version.

Some minor changes and a new substring function in branches.

No real changes, just a typo type thing in the USAGE response on the command line.
I've removed the examples from the source code, they are available from the web site.

Have added this to the GIT repository here on source forge.

Only difference here is that the file read buffer is configurable.

Java has an inbuilt Base64 encoder! Who knew? Probably everyone but me.
Have used that in 1.2.1 and removed the apache version

Although I am stopping support for the OOJMerge, I am keeping this one supported as I use it whereas I do not use OOJMerge.

I am not going to merge this with OOJMerge as OOJMerge is a pain to maintain.

I'm merging OOJMerge and HTMLJMerge as they have a lot in common.
This will allow me to revisit the code. Fix a couple of bugs etc.
