Do you want to pull the value out of the _template object_, after you've put it in further up the script (in which case you use the query method)? Or do you want to pull the value out of CGI parameters (i.e. it's something that the user has changed before submitting a form, or something of that sort)? In that case, it's nothing to with with HTML::Template at all - that's purely the CGI module's job. Roger |
