[Hsqldb-developers] French translation of error messages

Hi all,

Seems you need volunteers to participate to a translation effort.
I've already finished a french translation of the error messages, if you're
interested just tell me !

By the way, i'm also quite experimented in java and db development and i'd
like to participate to hsqldb, if help is needed just let me know ...
