There is no explanation of the server.urlid.X setting in the "URL Components" table, since it is not an URL. "server.urlid.X" is a properties setting which is common to both server.properties and webserver.properties, hence it is listed in table 4.4 "Property File Properties" in the "Server and Web Server Properties" section.
