Finally, with SQL request there is no error ! I success to alter column, add column, drop column... So the problem is only the SQL Worbench interface and DBeaver Interface. I noticed that Squirrel success to manage my HSQLDB database, but the GUI is not very suitable and there is problems to coordinate order and list management when I'm working with foreign keys and indices. For exemple I have to drop primary key and foreign key before to rename primary key field... What I'm asking myself is that it look like a problem with schema. Because my databse use 3 schemas, and it looks like the interface doesn't have the hability to situ table into the current schema, so the interface will show table in read-only mode... But I tested with an other database with only one default public schema, and I use default_schema=true in JDBC line, and it's the same problem... Because HSQLDB data manager is not suitable to manage a lot of tables, I was trying all this SQL client managers (DBeaver, SQL Workbench, Squirrel...). So where does the problem come from ? JDBC property ? Or the Graphical User INterface of all DBeaver and SQL Workbench ?
