I noticed that I had to also include CommonSwing.java along with 
DatabaseManagerSwing.java. Since I was the person who started the ball 
rolling for using different LAF's. I see a big difference. That is it is 
better code than my initial stab at it. Not sure what to regression test in 
the swing manager. What I have tested so far, I see no problems.
