Obviously the ServerConnection.close() method is called twice when there are multiple open connections and a shutdown is called. This can be ignored, as there is no further code that the thread has to execute. Will review for the next version. However, I do get a different error now, and since I never had this error before, and since the new error occurs in the same spot as the old one, I thought that maybe the new fix is affecting something else... My program does run without any problems (that I can see), but in my process output I see the following error message, (same error, repeats itself 4 times; this has happened to me twice that it would repeat the same error, 4 times) Exception in thread "HSQLDB Connection @1556f4c" java.lang.NullPointerException at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.close(Unknown Source) at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619) Exception in thread "HSQLDB Connection @1261218" java.lang.NullPointerException at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.close(Unknown Source) at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619) Exception in thread "HSQLDB Connection @2a3135" java.lang.NullPointerException at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.close(Unknown Source) at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619) Exception in thread "HSQLDB Connection @c50561" java.lang.NullPointerException at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.close(Unknown Source) at org.hsqldb.ServerConnection.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619) Marc ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
