#44 DatabaseManagerSwing should save more preferences

DatabaseManagerSwing should save user settings for most
of the
pulldown checkboxes across invocations. I'm talking
about those
items which are User Preferences (like what L&F to use, as
opposed to whether auto-commit is currently on or off).

I'll probably implement this. Putting it here so it
doesn't get forgotten.

This is DONE, except for fonts. Can't check this in until
after 1.8 final
is out.

NOTE TO FUTURE IMPLEMENTOR OF PERSISTENCE OF FONT SETTINGS:
I recommend that you store to some portable format like the
properties file
that I'm using. If you change the serialized Java object,
you will likely cause
portability and/or compatibility problems.
