OpenPOP 1.4 Released

Hello OpenPOP users!

I am glad to release to you OpenPOP 1.4.
This is basically a polished version op OpenPOP.

In this version much code has been rewritten, refactored, deleted or changed in some way. The previous version of OpenPOP had highly coupled classes, classes with way too many responsibilities and these classes has been refactored into many new classes with clean-cut responsibilities. There is still room for much more optimizations.
Also, I must mention that on my way through refactoring these classes, many small errors has been fixed.

The MailMonitor classes has not been touched much. There was a bug where a thread touched form objects that another thread created. These has been fixed.

Another change is the change in license. The License is now "Public Domain" which means anyone can use and change the code with no restrictions. We would ofcourse be glad if a remark towards OpenPOP is made when this library is used.
