[HPLIP-Devel] hplip-2.7.9 install

Attached is an update of the installation notes of hplip on Linux From 
Scratch/Beyond Linux From Scratch, this time for the 2.7.9 release. The 
notes presently in the Hplip documentation need to be replaced by this. 
Judging from some of the Help-cries I have read, this may be of some use.
