Hi

I have uploaded the hpecs-0.92 files via FTP to my
web host. How do I install?

I don't have a telnet account with them (if I need one)
.

Can I do what it needs manualy via FTP or via the
web?

I suggest the project admin re-write the readme file for an
audience whom are fully capable to understand a little more
DIY instructions and at the same time Do Not write or
program in PHP. Thanks.
