I don't have the CD but I do have a driver package from HP
(sj565en.exe). It's about 30 MB and last time I looked they
still offer it for download.

I tried these drivers once on my HP3300c (by editing the .inf file
I can make Windows think that my HP3300c is a HP3400c) and they
actually did something. They turned on the scanner lamp and
seemed to do some kind of simple calibration, then the carriage
went of to the bottom clicking loudly as it reached the end.
