Feature Requests item #1623879, was opened at 2006-12-28 16:40 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by j_house You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=774854&aid=1623879&group_id=149506 Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 1 Private: No Submitted By: j_house (j_house) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Dynamic GTP registration and localized processing. Initial Comment: This is already partially done, but needs to be completed. Both the new system and the old system can (and do) coexist. This should open the window for a natural support for analyze commands within brains instead of several layers of wrappers over each functionality offered via GTP. Here's the text that came from http://housebot.sourceforge.net/index.php/ToDo GTP Features * GTP Command Registration o Function objects? o Registration of free functions o Dynamic registration of GTP commands for the collective. o Dynamic brain-based registration o Auto-population of an analyze-commands file + GoGui 0.9 supports querying the engine for this data. This should be supported... * Allow detailed dumping of logic using -debug brain_name * Multi-threaded / pondering support * Support time_left command (and use for max think time) * Support reg_gen_move style commands that specify an exact number of search iterations * Support GTP commands specified on the command line or within the configuration file * Beginnings of multi-threaded support * Support for kgs-specific commands o kgs-chat (Currently just basic support. Could expand later) o kgs-game_over (Partially done) o kgs-time_settings ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: j_house (j_house) Date: 2007-02-18 12:32 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1353569 Originator: YES Closing feature request since this is mostly done in r467. Should create some smaller feature requests that align with the other pieces that are not yet done. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=774854&aid=1623879&group_id=149506 |
