Komi is currently fixed at 6.5. Most Chinese rules use 7.5 instead. Rather than just updating the value, generic support for a variable komi should be added (preferably via komi command in gtp)
Note that there is also ambiguity with the definition of komi for Chinese games with handicap. KGS gives white one point of komi for every handicap stone.
