After a while, Pop3Hot enters in a loop (guess) and
takes 100% of the CPU. It doesn't stops until I kill it.

Repro steps: Unknown (Random)

Happens on my Windows NT too. And I cannot kill
normally it as it is a service.
My workaround is:
net stop <service name>
net start <service name>

This bug is happening also on win 2000 pro. But the net
stop/start isn't working. My command line is :
net start "HTTP -> POP3 Proxy"

Same problem with me...
Under winXP professional...
I have a p4 2.2 ... and it was using 99% of my cpu !!
