first of all i hadn't installed the Hosting Helper yet, but will do that in a few minutes. On the Main Page i hadn't found anything about switching language or else, so id wanna ask if there is a german translation for the Hosting Helper available or can i just translate it by my own?

There isn't any other language support outside english at this time. I hope to support as many languages as I can get translated next round.
