[Hol-info] info-hol has moved

Hi,

 The info-hol mailing list, which has been supported out of BYU for a
long time, has moved to SourceForge. Many thanks to Phil Windley and Mike
Jones for the time and effort they have put in over the years to 
ensure the flow of HOL-related information.
