By default the program looks for saved games/configurations in the last location used. So, if you use OneDrive - aka, SkyDrive - then it should automatically look in that place next time.
As far as I can see from some brief testing anyways...

I keep my saved games in Microsoft's Onedrive so I can get to
them from any machine.
