#252 Hodoku command prompt scoring problem

Hello, I am trying to use hodoku via the command prompt to create batches of medium puzzles above 900, but I am getting puzzles with lower scores, I am able to get it to read the correct config file, but I can't get puzzles within the right score range, I will provide the .hcfg files I am trying to use.

My Hodoku version, my java version and Operating system are all up to date.
