Its definitely a good idea and it seems to be a small change, but I had a lot of troubles with sorting lately, so I have to test it thoroughly. I can do it, but not in the next release.

I am attaching a puzzle in which HoDoku gives 47 XY-Chains at the top of the 'All Possible Steps' list. When one looks inside the list, there are 3 chains that are of length 3. Maybe I would be able to look for such chains. It would be helpful to see a list. With this example, 3 of length 3 , 2 of length 4, 4 of length 5, 6 of length 6...
