#1 [Test] MRU files also in the "Execute Mapping" dialog

If you open the dialog for executing a mapping, it
would be nice to have a combobox instead of the edit
fields "Instance file" (source and target) to be able
to select from the last recently used files.
The value of the field of that combobox should be
prefilled with the last used file (just as it is now).
